You were right, i removed the shader and now has the same brightness, but the shape of the screen is different, looks like geom is applied but it’s not, weird. How can i add the crt effect on mame?

Well it’s definitely faster on Mame to resize the screen and the Cfg file saves the size of the screen even after you exit Mame. Retroarch is much slower when it comes to adjusting the screen size if you wanna get it just right.
I would say the geom shader would be ideal because of the curved screen effect, but bodomterror is reporting that it makes the bezels look dark. You’ll need to experiment.
just switched to standalone mame64, how do you set the aspect ratio? ghouls n ghost for example, the screen is too small
