ok but this doesnt look like all of it… can you start at the very top? use:
logcat | grep RetroArch
in the terminal window (dunno whats that | is called, its not a capital letter I or a small letter L)

this is wierd… it only starts retroarch-related log at shaders portion? are you running the command after launching RetroArch?
is so, try this:
close everything, retroarch, terminal emulator....
run terminal emulator, and type in the command i suggested above
run retroarch
launch Contra with nestopia
close retroarch
switch to terminal emulator and get a copy of the logsgot the file, will update later or this weekend.
