No Sound on Netbook

I’ve been enjoying Lakka very much on my VAIO VGN-TX790P and it has been running quite nicely. Unfortunately though, i’ve noticed that sound is only working through the headphone jack. I, for the most part, will be using the built-in speakers of the laptop, and not headphones. Is it possible to set the speakers as the default playback device. Would anyone be able to assist me with that matter? Any response would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks ahead of time.

Sincerely, Joshua Rene Ortega

Here’s a copy of my audio devices: (I don’t know which one is the built-in speakers) Lakka:~ # aplay -L default:CARD=Intel HDA Intel, ALC260 Analog Default Audio Device sysdefault:CARD=Intel HDA Intel, ALC260 Analog Default Audio Device front:CARD=Intel,DEV=0 HDA Intel, ALC260 Analog Front speakers surround21:CARD=Intel,DEV=0 HDA Intel, ALC260 Analog 2.1 Surround output to Front and Subwoofer speakers surround40:CARD=Intel,DEV=0 HDA Intel, ALC260 Analog 4.0 Surround output to Front and Rear speakers surround41:CARD=Intel,DEV=0 HDA Intel, ALC260 Analog 4.1 Surround output to Front, Rear and Subwoofer speakers surround50:CARD=Intel,DEV=0 HDA Intel, ALC260 Analog 5.0 Surround output to Front, Center and Rear speakers surround51:CARD=Intel,DEV=0 HDA Intel, ALC260 Analog 5.1 Surround output to Front, Center, Rear and Subwoofer speakers surround71:CARD=Intel,DEV=0 HDA Intel, ALC260 Analog 7.1 Surround output to Front, Center, Side, Rear and Woofer speakers

Hello, it’s difficult to guess which one is the one to use. I suggest you to try them all. Beggin by “default:CARD=Intel” and end by “surround71:CARD=Intel,DEV=0”

Front speakers front:CARD=Intel,DEV=0

I would start with that one. As the others are for if you have 6 plug ins on the back like a standard pc

Ironicly I am having issues now on an Asus EEEE PC. The SNES games run horrible in xmb, but fine in rgui(2xsal filter).

my listing is almost exactly the same as that one. other than 269 not 260

The EEEE i have has no speakers at all that I can find or get to work so need the headphone jack working. Have tried all the inputs and scoured the internet trying many options.
