Odroid C1 or Raspberry Pi 2 for Psp?

Is it true that the ODROID card C1 can run PSP games properly. With the Raspberry Pi 2 is it possible or not to play the psp?

Here’s a video of libretro-ppsspp on the Pi 2

Performance is not that great. The standalone version (PPSSPPSDL) runs better for some reason (Soul Calibur is almost 60 FPS at 1x resolution), but I would still recommend something else for PSP

I don’t have a C1 for comparison

Really??..the Odroid C1 is around 20fps seems to run better on the RPi2!!!
