Odroid XU4, no network detection

Hello

I have downloaded the XU3/XU4 image and installed it on my Odroid, but it never gets the network over WiFi. If I go to network information, only local adapter (localhost) is displayed.

Why is this?

You need to configure it.

I actually attempted that, using the “Direct access with a keyboard” method. Since obviously serial and SSH wouldn’t be available for me (haven’t got the serial cable) I edited the “boot.ini” file on the SD card and put

tty retroarch=0

there. I will try again as I might have made a mistake. But Lakka would still be launched, instead of giving me access to a terminal

If you try instead to add textmode as boot arguments, does it work ?

I didn’t try that yet, I managed to get into it. However, I am having issues connecting to the wifi. It seems it works well when the wifi is not protected, but I am unable to connect when the wifi is protected.

connmanctl connect wifi_etc_etc_managed_psk It usually returns “not registered”

Besides that, it didn’t seem to save when I tried to connect to thw wifi being unprotected…

Solved it… osmehow I skipped activating the interactive mode… I managed to connect to the wifi now. Thanks
