Pixel glow corruption error on wallpapers

Raspberry Pi 4B Lakka rpi4 arm nightly build

I have it in 1920x1080 resolution jpeg.

Its not the only only image that it happens on when I use custom backgrounds images some of them come with glowing pixels.

Now the image as it is shown on my RPI4b running Lakka, this is not limited to nightly builds as I had used the old stable build over a year ago with the same result.
