Hey guys,
When I check the core libraries I cannot see PS2 there. Retropie does support PS2, why can’t Lakka?

It does.
Download the core from the libretro library: https://buildbot.libretro.com/nightly/linux/x86_64/latest/. x86-64 only (64-bit PC). Play core (PS2).
Retropie also supports individual emulators, and uses the RPSC2 version.
