I like this, can you also make one with a bigger video frame, basically only the the frame without the console to fill the screen without a background?

That’s an awesome overlay.

I run psp full screen because it looks ok but I may add this to some games if I can edit it I will post it back up 16x9

Thatman84, i’m worked on it all day part per part, it’s not easy to maintain handheld aspect ratio 3:2=1.5 aspect ratio for handheld systems as you can see viewport width 1058 divided by height 705 is 1.5 aspect ratio, but you may try to edit it.

I made Sega Game Gear 16:10 overlay, thanks to Ryokai from deviantart. retroarch settings: integer scale off, viewport x 566, viewport y 104, viewport width 580, viewport height 432.

I remade two arcade overlays from John Merrit for 16:10 users, credits goes to him black tiger and hangon to be used with mame core in retroarch.

Black Tiger retroarch settings: integer scale off, viewport x 316, viewport y 130, viewport width 1047, viewport height 787 and set overlay scale to 1.02
