If you’ve download the overlays from the online updater, just look in the ‘ipad’ subfolder and you’ll find a few that have been modified for the ipad’s aspect ratio.

Has anyone tried making game specific controller overlays? I kinda want to make a “one handed earthbound” overlay that puts the cross and the 3 active buttons all on the right hand side of the screen.
I feel like RPGs in general could benefit from game specific overlays, since a large number of them don’t use all of the available buttons.
Not that I know of, but it’s definitely an intriguing concept.
I’m not very good with the numbers and stuff…
Is there anyone here who would be willing to code one up if I do up the png?

I found some time ago an overlay for N64 that has the same format of those you made. I modified it a little bit (removed the bottom texts and reduced the controllers plugs size). Cannot share it right now as I am not at my place atm, but here is the original one; might be of use to you (in case you have a N64 collection):

Some of these overlays are not mine. I just altered them by adding a border frame to them. The border frame is sometimes colorized by me to match the artwork. I also added the logo at the bottom of the border frame. So just to be clear, I don’t take credit for all of the artwork presented here.
