problem with rom’s

I’m using the orange pi pc.

I have games for PSX and lakka does not recognize.

lakka does not create the player for the Playstation.

the emulation of the PSP is legend.

lakka does not open all game items.

2 potential issues I see in your post. First is that the extension for the first game “Alone in the Dark” is “.img” the required format is BIN+CUE. Second potential issue is that you say you have Doom.bin but you don’t list Doom.cue. Not sure if that’s because you don’t have it or just didn’t bother to mention it.

Also make sure you have your bios files in the “System” folder.

if he’s using PCSX-ReARMed, it’s less picky about ROM formats than beetle-psx and should be able to run ISO/IMG files, IIRC.

However, I don’t think they’ll show up in scanning/playlists.

I have the file Doom.cue

but I thought it was not useful.

Try either downloading the .cue file again for doom or use the directions on the link I provided to create one. After you put the Doom.cue back in the rom folder with the Doom.bin try to scan the directory again and see if it detects it.

I’ll be honest I really hadn’t even tried to play any PSX games until you posted this question. I just went out and got Final Fantasy VII .bin + .cue, scanned the directory and it detected it just fine. After that I went to play it and it loaded up just fine.

Actually to be honest I even forgot to get the bios files and add them. It still played.

So i’m not sure I would be able to help you. Maybe someone with a little more experience can chime in.
