Recreating UltraHDMI N64 hybrid scanlines

The hybrid scanlines you get with the UltraHDMI N64 mod look really nice. Combined with the other filtering that the mod does, you get more of a blended look that more closely resembles a consumer-grade CRT, which is what I imagine a lot of people are going for. Is there some way to recreate exactly what it’s doing via a shader?

EDIT: I know it should be possible to achieve results very similar to this using any number of currently existing shaders, but I’m wondering if it’s possible to recreate exactly what the UltraHDMI N64 is doing.
