My rasberry pi has a screen that is 800x480 and it only displays on the left 3/4 of the screen, is there a way to stretch to fit to screen or otherwise center it instead ? Oh and setting a different aspect ratio in video seems to have no change even after reboot
Change the resolution in config.txt on the first partition. There is documentation about it on the RPi website.
I have similar problem. My Lakka looks like that (attachment) after boot. Tried to change resolution and refresh rate but nothing helps. Maybe you could help me also.

That’s a completely different issue. On amlogic, you need to boot on their android first and change the resolution to 1920x1080@60, then this information will be save to the bootloader when you shutdown the device. Then you run Lakka at it will work.
