We notice if I do not clear the memory by loading another game and shutdown Lakka, I lose all progress. Is there a setting to allow it to save the memory chip data(saved games) on the fly without having to close the game completely?
There’s an option under settings > saving settings called sram autosave interval. You can set that to flush to file every 10s.
Lol both me and my wife lost 4 hours of play time haha.
@Kivutar: yeah, probably so, if there’s no graceful way to exit. The minimum is 10 seconds, though, so it’s still not going to save them if they just save their game and immediately pull the plug.
The patch I use to add that “Shutdown OS” entry in the menu just calls the system shutdown, it does not take care of closing RA properly maybe?
Possibly that is the issue. Seems to me that way.
If people are leaving via the shutdown function, you could always just add a 10s delay to that (show a splash screen or something while it waits)
That seems to have fixed it, setting to 10 seconds. That on as default would be good IMO.
I have searched the configurations in XMB and not seeing how to set the time/date other than turn on and off. Do I need to configure that inside the command line?
Also what format does the wallpapers need to be would like to customize it some. If there is a walkthrough on complete customizing like changing icons etc can someone link it please?
