Stuck on loading when opening game. (Needs help)

My lakka build is an i3 2nd Gen Quad Core, 6GB RAM, Geforce 730 GT

I’m new to this so consider me a dummy when first using it. I imported the roms and PSP ISO. When I go to run a PSP ISO, the Lakka flower appears for a long time. I ran the game once but it took forever for that flower to load. I’m guessing that its downloading the core? I’m not sure. But shouldn’t it download the core only once?

Please try to provide some Lakka system log.
