Testing out x86

I have been testing lakka on many different computers. Most of them being very low level. My problem I noticed is the menu is running slow lag. The current tower I am running is a hp 3600 .am I missing somthing

If you have a slow GPU that is being dragged down by the menu, try switching to the RGUI menu in settings > driver > menu driver. It’s certainly less attractive than the default XMB menu, but it runs well even on very old, weak machines and/or low-resolution monitors.

you could try to disable the “waves” shader too and use a fixed image backgroud to gain some fps

Both those methods work now I’m at a lost for mame. Can I update it to a better version or do I have to load all bios to it first ( note using Rom packs i collect over years )

So metal slug 3 working problem with 6 and x kick bak to main screen check logged. No bios but bios in the core loader .

The build in current pic is a friend’s diy build computer. I’ve just been coding using Lakka.

Load BIOS for MAME games on a game-by-game basis (MK3, for example, requires BIOS for the sound bug to be fixed, Donkey Kong for the sound not to degrade, etc.).

I know for a fact Neo-Geo requires a BIOS.

I been loading the bios. Metal slug 6 comes with two bios loaded both I believe it the gpu is to low.
