The problem are the bots (even worse now with Ai bots) and trolls. Thatâs why this approval thing is needed to help the forum being clean. I agree with you, when I signed up it was really annoying. But see it this way⌠if someone is really interested, then this is a filter to get only really interested humans through. Overall the forum stays quite clean, so it works. The complains are understandable and its a trade off the maintainers chose.
There is even a thread dedicated to this topic: How can i create a new topic? :/
So if you have any questions, well you have to go through the hoops. It actually doesnât take much time, you just have to follow the âtutorialsâ to earn the rights quickly to do the basic stuff. Until then, you can ask your questions in the How can I create a new topic-topic maybe.
