TV Border shaders?

I’ve found a lot of shaders that simulate various TV formats and connections (s-video, composite, etc) and now I’m looking for one to add a TV set border around my SNES/NES/Megadrive games.

There are a few threads for handhelds, but I’ve not found any working links for a TV shader. Does anyone have any suggestions or could point me in the right direction. I’d prefer a more modern looking tv (e.g. not a 70’s one) but I’m grateful for anything anyone can find.
