I have an arcade cabinet that has my monitor mounted upside down. Is there a way to rotate the Lakka interface 180 degrees to navigate the menu?
For now, you can do the game video rotation (Setting Tab > Video > Rotation), menu rotation is not yet implemented.
I went ahead and modified my cabinet. I flipped my monitor ride side up and can now play around with Lakka. Not the intended solution but I tried everything and this was the only true fix.
If you are using a raspberry pi, you can rotate the whole display by tweaking the bootloader.
My case is similar, so don´t want to create another topic. Anyway I intend to build an arcade cabinet but using display with vertical orientation to play arcade games such as Galaga, Xevious, 1942 etc…
At Settings Tab > Video it´s possible to rotate screen, but how to make Laka fill the whole screen at emulation? Even better, would it be possible to rotate Lakka and also emulated games to use vertical orientation?
Thanks
That will do half the job, will rotate the game but will not stretch to the boundaries of the screen. Menu rotation is desired for the ones that want to build an arcade cabinet with vertical games, just like an Icade 60 games board. Thanks for the explanation.
