Which CRT Shader Do You Think Is Accurate To A Consumer Level CRT TV?

Would it be CRT-Royale like almost everyone claims? Does CRT-Royale replicate a professional, high end CRt Monitor/TV or a low end, consumer grade CRT TV? I want a shader that replicates the latter. Any ideas?
