I’m using the x86_64 flavor of Lakka installed to the harddrive of a busted up old Gateway laptop with video/audio piped to a flat screen TV over HDMI.
Since upgrading to v. 2.2.2 I’m noticing slowdowns and audio glitches where there were none before, most notably on parallel_n64, and reicast won’t launch at all (can’t open libretro core). Because of this I was going to drop back to v. 2.2 which seemed to work better for me. Can I put the older package in the “Upgrade” folder and have it install itself without issue, or do I need to backup the ROMs, thumbnails, etc. and wipe the disk/reinstall the old version “fresh”?
Thanks in advance for your assistance.
