So I grabbed mentioned piece of equipment, but scanning of games (usb attached hdd) gives me woes now. XU4 has which cores installed? NES, SNES etc basic consoles for sure, and dosbox perhaps, but no scummvm? (reads ‘supports_no_game = “true”’ in scummvm_libretro.info so my understanding is that its disabled from XU3/4 build? Or completely misunderstanding this one?
Another question would be regarding dosbox, about the version its built from, if it handles ‘native mt-32’ emulation via .rom files (sailing to monkey island in a short short time via imgmount and various tinkering. Dosbox just has THAT much better audio with mt-32 than plain old regular SB16)
Either way, no matter if scummvm will ever work on XU4, I still like the funtimes it gives me on rainy days to come.
