Duckstation failed to load with unknown error 126

Hi!

I tried the new Duckstation core on Android and Windows. While I did not have any problems on Android it failed to load on Windows with “unknown error 126”. I didn’t find any useful information in the log file. Does anyone have an advice what’s wrong?
